Terms of sale

 

BOOKING
To guarantee your reservation, we ask you for 30% of the total amount of the reservation, the balance will be made on site. Please advise for any late arrival.
If a check that can only be compensated on a French bank is used to guarantee the reservation, it must be paid the equivalent of 30% of the total amount of the reservation.

CANCELLATION
Any cancellation up to 2 days before the arrival date must be confirmed to us in writing and is without penalty.
Late cancellation or no show on the day of arrival: the total amount of the reservation is debited from your credit card.

SHORT STAY
For any interruption of stay not reported 4 days before the scheduled arrival date, the total amount of the reservation is due as compensation.

ARRIVAL
The rooms are available from 4 p.m. Please let us know in case of late arrival.

DEPARTURE
We thank you for vacating your rooms before 11 am.

Any dispute or complaint relating to these general booking and cancellation conditions will be brought before the competent French courts, the Tribunal de Grande Instance in Tarascon (13).

Tourist tax: 1 € 65 per night and per person.
